Tina Hayes is the founder and owner of The School of Etiquette and Decorum in Northern California (Antioch). As a passionate presenter dedicated to providing quality and professional etiquette training to her clients, Mrs. Tina Hayes promotes the awareness that social presentation and behaviors are important to be successful in today’s society.  She is renowned for her vibrant personality and brings a high-level of energy to each presentation and training session.

Mrs. Hayes credentials include certification from The American School of Protocol in Georgia.  She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and has over 20 years of corporate experience in personnel and accounting.  She has been employed as a training coordinator and managed several accounting departments.  In addition, Mrs. Hayes worked as a party planner and wedding consultant.

Regarded as one of today’s emerging experts in the arena of etiquette, Mrs. Hayes has been aired on television and radio, and featured in numerous magazines and newspapers. She has presented at a variety of adult and children conferences and also shared the stage with many renowned celebrities and chefs.  Mrs. Hayes is the author of two books, both titled “Getting Ahead With Etiquette” and they are widely distributed in the U.S. and internationally.

A devoted wife and mother of two, Mrs. Tina is actively involved with her church, community and schools. She is a Sunday school teacher and volunteers countless hours of service to various community programs. During her spare time, Mrs. Hayes enjoys reading, traveling, and dining in the best restaurants. Her ultimate goal is to relax in all of the luxurious Spas around the world.

Mrs. Hayes testimony is “Dreams Do Come True!” and she is enjoying her journey of equipping others in an area where she once felt insecure.  Her mission, as she lives her dream, is to educate, motivate and inspire individuals both young and old to be the best they can be and reach their full potentials.
